In an effort to minimize inconvenience for everyone in our service areas, we would like folks to know that in Biddeford on Thursday the 18th of December, Maine Water will tackle the second part of a two-part project at 32 Alfred Street, in the vicinity of the police station. As you know, that is a pretty busy part of town, but there are plenty of alternate routes if you have advance warning.
We are coordinating very closely with the Biddeford Public Works Department, and traffic warnings will start going up tomorrow, on Wednesday afternoon. If you’d like to see a rough sketch of the work area, click here or on the image below. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll try to finish this job ASAP!
12/17/18 UPDATE: The work is expected to start tomorrow at about 7:30 a.m., and will probably take most of the day. If all goes well that should finish the project, and we thank everyone for their patience.
