We’d like to take a minute today to thank the employees in our Biddeford & Saco Division who volunteered to spend a day last month helping us clean up trash along the banks of the Saco River. Unfortunately, the day’s activities yielded bags and bags of trash, but fortunately, that trash is now out of the river, and out of the watershed!
Water quality is our first concern, from York County to all of our service communities throughout the state. Apparently when your daily job is all about delivering water from a pristine and protected water resource, you’re that much more inclined to appreciate it. We certainly appreciate all the hard work our employees put in every day, and the appreciation that Maine people in general have for our beautiful state. Here are some photos:
